The Chancellor must act swiftly to stem the tide of rising food prices, industry chiefs have warned this morning ahead of tomorrow’s budget
Shop price inflation hit its highest level in two-and-a-half years in October as retailers buckled under the weight of additional costs, according to the latest data from the British Retail Consortium and NIQ.
