Seasonings brand Angus & Oink has secured Tesco and Sainsbury’s listings through a distribution deal with SHS Food.
Four of its 55g glass jar seasonings – Hella Nashty, Fries With That, The General and Montreal – have hit Tesco, with a further range expansion planned for July.
Meanwhile, five 30g seasoning sachets – in the same variants, plus Big Phat Greek – have rolled into Sainsbury’s.
Angus & Oink was founded by husband-and-wife team Scott and Malissa Fraser in 2013, inspired by their travels across the Americas, Middle East and beyond.
“We were inspired by the incredible flavours we experienced while living and travelling extensively, discovering dishes you just couldn’t find authentically in the UK,” said Scott Fraser.
“Frustrated by the lack of true innovation and depth in the seasoning space, we took up the challenge to change that,” he added.
