ASA to contact MedExpress over weight-loss pill adverts after ban

The online pharmacy’s current adverts offer new patients a £40 discount and feature a transparent MedExpress-branded bottle alongside the wording ‘Weight loss treatment, in a once-daily pill’
The ASA plans to contact MedExpress after The Grocer found it running adverts with language and imagery similar to an advert banned on Wednesday.
