Asda has warmed up its food-to-go credentials with the launch of its first-ever hot meal deal.
Priced at £4, shoppers will be able to select a main, a side and a dip, with choices covering breakfast and lunch missions.
The 30-strong offer is available via Asda’s existing rotisserie counters. It had been designed to provide customers with a “convenient and affordable alternative when on the move”, by providing a choice of 17 different main options, five sides and eight dips.
Breakfast mains include an Asda Sausage or Bacon Bap, individually priced at £2.00, or a combo Sausage & Bacon Bap priced at £2.90.
They’ll be available alongside chicken Hot & Spicy Mini Fillets (£2.50 individually) or Chicago Town Cheese Pizza Slices (£1.48), as well as a choice of Rowes pasties.
Sides include Hash Browns, Skin On Fries, and Potato Lattice, all £2. Shoppers in Scotland will also get the choice of a Bells Scotch Pie.
Dips include Buffalo, Garlic & Herb or Piri Piri, all priced at 50p individually.

“From freshly made breakfast baps to pizza slices, spicy chicken fillets and crispy fries, there’s something for everyone to enjoy for breakfast, lunch and beyond! With plenty of mix-and-match combinations available, it’s a great-value option for shoppers looking for a hot meal on the move.”
The offer will be available in “participating stores” nationwide.
It’s the latest expansion of Asda’s food-to-go offer, as it looks to bring shoppers back into stores and compete in what is becoming an increasingly competitive area for the mults.
The Leeds supermarket became the last of the traditional big four supermarkets to launch a meal deal, when it launched its “first-ever” £4 lunchtime meal deal in September 2025. It replaced its previous long-running three-for-two offers.
It was followed in May 2026 with a new £5 premium lunchtime deal, including a range of deli-inspired sandwiches, poke bowls and salads. By pricing it at £5, Asda had deliberately sought to undercut comparable offers from the likes of Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Co-op.
