Asda stuns grocery by hiring ex-Morrisons boss as new CEO

Potts, also a former Tesco veteran who ran its businesses in Ireland, the UK and Asia, was credited with a successful turnaround as boss of Morrisons from 2015 to 2023
Asda has appointed former Morrisons boss David Potts as its new CEO with immediate effect.
