The NPD features the brand’s top-selling Cookie Dough ice cream

Ben & Jerry’s has added an ice cream sandwich.

The NPD features the brand’s top-selling Cookie Dough ice cream, sandwiched between two soft vanilla and cocoa swirled cookies.

Made with Fairtrade certified sugar, vanilla, and cocoa, plus eggs from free-range hens, it is available in singles (rsp: £2.50/120ml) and multipacks of four (rsp: £5/4x68ml).

“We’re delighted to bring our new Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwich to Ben & Jerry’s fans across the country, giving them more ways to enjoy their favourite flavour,” said Ben & Jerry’s UK brand manager Lucy McManus.

“From a sweet snack at home to an on-the-go indulgence, there was only one way we could top our most-loved Cookie Dough and that was by sandwiching it,” McManus added.

Ben & Jerry’s is Britain’s top-selling ice cream tub brand; value sales of its tubs rose by 6.8% to £160.5m on volumes up 5.4% in the year to 6 September 2025, according to NIQ data.

However, value sales of its handheld spin-off Peaces plummeted 32.3% to £2.8m on volumes down 42.8% over the period.

Ben & Jerry’s unveiled a duo of tubs (rsp: £5.75/465ml) in “bakery-inspired” variants in December: Churrifically Churros-y and Strawberry Doughnut-eee.
