Bold Bean Co has appointed RH Amar as its wholesale and foodservice distributor as it looks to grow distribution of its range into new channels.
RH Amar will distribute a 16-SKU range from the challenger brand’s selection of jarred beans, as well as larger tinned formats for foodservice operators.
Over the past five years, RH Amar, which is a full-service UK food distributor working with food companies such as Del Monte, Kikkoman, Mutti and Weetabix, has provided consolidated logistics and supply chain services for Bold Bean Co from its High Wycombe distribution centre.
This has seen RH Amar supporting the brand’s rapid expansion across grocery, online and specialist retail channels. The expanded remit will now see RH Amar become Bold Bean Co’s full-service distributor, with sales responsibility, for wholesale and foodservice.

In January, Branston pickle and Sarson’s vinegar maker Mizkan Euro also appointed RH Amar as its exclusive UK distributor for the wholesale and foodservice channel.
