Boots is looking for 6,000 recruits in the run-up to Christmas, including in its stores, warehouse and customer service centre.
Among the positions available, the health and beauty retailer needs 4,000 customer service advisors to help shoppers in stores. It also needs 1,000 customer operations assistants, working in a hybrid role providing store support as well as picking online orders.
There are 1,600 positions available at Boots’ Beeston and Burton-on-Trent distribution centres, including warehouse operatives and pickers.
Another 350 recruits are needed in Boots’ customer support centre to handle queries.
Flexible and part-time roles are among those available.
