Former head of Britvic International, Simon Speers, has taken over as managing director of adult soft drinks maker Bottle Green Drinks.
The Gloucestershire-based company has an annual turnover of £4m and employs 35 people.
Speers, 41, has held senior sales and marketing positions with Britvic and Bass.
He said he chose to join Bottle Green Drinks because of the potential he saw in the adult soft drinks market. He added: "I have long admired the range of innovative drinks produced under the Bottle Green brand, and was keen to channel my industry expertise into the adult sector. "I believe the brand can achieve further success overseas, and hope I can use my expertise to develop new export business in addition to our existing supply to Japan, North America and Saudi Arabia."
He said one of his first challenges would be to build brand awareness.
