A young student is celebrating after taking the top prize in the Bramley Campaign’s recent catering competition.
Daniel Hills won £1,000 in the New Ways with Bramley event with his Bramley’s Brighter Breakfast entry, marrying the cooking apple with black pudding, bacon and poached eggs.
Ian Mitchell, chairman of the Bramley Campaign, said: “The quality of all the entries was outstanding and the panel was particularly impressed with the high standard of presentation.”
