Brioche Pasquier UK’s MD, Alain Vivion (l), and commercial director, Fabien Pasquier

French bakery brand Brioche Pasquier has appointed Alain Vivion as managing and industrial director.

Vivion has worked at Brioche Pasquier since 2014 and was named industrial director of the UK business last January.

Over the past two years, he has overseen the manufacturing side of the business, including the installation of new production lines and a significant factory extension.

Vivion succeeds Ryan Peters, who left the business in March after nine years to join bread supplier Panificio Italiano as managing director.

“Taking on this role represents a great opportunity,” said Vivion. “I’ve been with Brioche Pasquier for nearly 12 years and have seen the business grow significantly in both the UK and international markets.”

Meanwhile, Fabien Pasquier has been promoted to commercial director from his previous role as retail sales manager. He will oversee the company’s retail and foodservice sales operations.

Pasquier first joined Brioche Pasquier working as an intern in its French headquarters in Les Cerqueux in 2016. He later joined Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where he spent three years in sales, before returning to Brioche Pasquier’s UK business in 2023.

“Our UK team is incredibly dedicated and passionate, and I’m thrilled to step into this leadership position,” said Pasquier.

“Having worked with the team here for the last three years, I have seen the potential for our business to really expand and grow within the retail and foodservice sectors, and we have amazing people working together to make it happen.”
