C&C Group strikes deal for Asahi UK distribution operation

C&C Group has agreed to acquire the wholesale business of Asahi in the UK for a nominal sum
The transaction includes Nectar Imports, a drinks supplier to the on-trade in the south of England, and the direct distribution operations of Asahi UK.
