Cornish Orchards has added a Peach & Apple flavoured cider variant.
The 3.4% abv tipple joins Cherry & Blackberry and Raspberry & Elderflower in the brand’s flavoured cider lineup, both of which launched in 2023.
It was a “wonderfully balanced light gold, gently sparkling cider made with traditional, bittersweet apples,” according to Cornish Orchards
“The natural sweetness of ripe peach provides a juicy and rich body that is perfect for summer sipping,” the brand added.
“We’ve extended our range of Cornish Orchards flavoured packaged ciders with Peach & Apple to help customers tap into the lucrative opportunity in ciders made with 100% fresh pressed apple juice,” said Rob Hobart, marketing director at Asahi UK.
Off-trade sales of Cornish Orchards have grown 16.9% to £2.0m in the past year, driven by its core Golden Cider variant, as well as NPD such as sparkling cider Avalen – added last March [NIQ 52 w/e 19 April 2025]
In June, Cornish Orchards announced it had switched to fully renewable energy at its cider farm in Duloe, south east Cornwall.
The move had resulted in a 94% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions without offsetting, the cidermaker said.
