Own label soft drinks supplier Crystal Drinks has been sold to a team comprising part of the existing management, according to Roger Marsh, joint administrator at receiver PricewaterhouseCoopers
Marsh said the sale, which includes all of Crystal Drinks production assets and brands, would preserve all 120 jobs at Featherstone, West Yorkshire. The new business will trade under the Crystal Drinks name.
Crystal supplies own label soft drinks to the major multiples and energy drinks, spring water, juice and carbonated soft drinks under the Crystal, Fontana, Curries and Robertson brands to the independent sector.
