Reduced-sugar jam brand Fearne & Rosie has added a duo of seedless preserves.
Strawberry and Raspberry (rsp: £3.50/310g) promise “the same delicious taste” as Fearne & Rosie’s core preserves, just with a smoother texture.
They are 70% fruit, containing approximately 31 strawberries and 51 raspberries respectively. Additionally, they contain 40% less sugar than standard jams.
The preserves will debut in Ocado and Fearne & Rosie’s webstore at the end of January, rolling out to independents and wholesalers in February.
“Launching our new seedless jam range feels like a natural next step for the brand,” said Fearne & Rosie founder Rachel Kettlewell.
“The seed debate can divide opinion, so we thought it was time to make sure there was something for everyone.”
Fearne & Rosie joined Tesco’s Accelerator Programme in September 2024, a year-long mentoring, learning, and development experience focused on growing small and trend-led brands.
Its value sales subsequently rocketed 334.8% to £877.6k, on volumes up 334.7%, in the year to 6 September 2025, according to NIQ data.
In April, Fearne & Rosie added Mango Preserve, which is currently stocked in Ocado and Holland & Barrett.
Mango Preserve was named ‘champion’ in the Jams & Spreads category of The Grocer’s New Product & Packaging Awards 2025. The judges commended it for bringing “newness into a very traditional category”.
