Food and drink deal with EU ‘agreed’ ahead of key 20 November summit

Draft SPS deal papers are set to be discussed tomorrow by EU ambassadors, with confirmation of the deal due to be announced at the UK/EU summit later this month
The UK has completed a draft food and drink agreement with the EU, according to media reports, with a 200-page text having been circulated to member states ahead of a meeting on Wednesday.
