Big Food Group’s former logistics director Brian Gaunt has joined supply chain company Christian Salvesen as UK MD - a new position.
The move comes after a restructuring of Salvesen’s UK businesses into a single entity focusing on transport and warehousing.
Group CEO Edward Roderick said: “Brian Gaunt’s depth of logistics and supply chain experience as well as his manufacturing and retail knowledge will be invaluable as we extract maximum benefit
from the inherent qualities of our UK businesses under this new structure.”
Before joining Big Food Group, Gaunt was European supply director at Asda.
