Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global has appointed former Holland & Barrett finance boss Nick Allen as its new chief financial officer.
He brings more than 20 years’ experience across international omnichannel retail and hospitality-led businesses to the role.
Allen spent the past three years as group CFO and board director at Holland & Barrett, and previously held the roles of VP and CFO of Starbucks for its EMEA division.
His appointment follows a strong financial year for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, with the group delivering record UK revenue of £134m and adjusted EBITDA of £12m in 2024. This was driven by new restaurant openings, continued international expansion and the consolidation of its UK and US business.
“I am delighted to welcome Nick to the team and in particular the business entering a new phase of growth in the UK and internationally, driving forward our strategy to expand our footprint among multiple markets, across all our diverse brands,” said Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global CEO Andy Wenlock.
Allen added: “I’m excited to join such a prestigious global brand with an incredible world-class offering and to work closely with Andy and the senior leadership team in building out the group’s vision.”
