Heavitree Brewery has sold the Judge Jeffries, in Exeter, to local multiple pub operator Triple Total. The wet-led pub had been operated by a management company.
The Judge Jefferies is part of a group of seven freehold public houses that Christie+Co is marketing on their behalf.
The property comprises an open-plan main bar and three-bedroom owners' accommodation.
Michael Easton, of Christie+Co, said: "This property attracted considerable interest and has been sold to a Devon-based company that owns and operates a number of managed pubs. In May we sold another of the group, the Royal Standard in Shaldon, to two local brothers."
The Judge Jefferies was offered at an asking price of £350,000 for the freehold and sold for an undisclosed figure.
