The NPD features coffee ice cream wrapped in coffee sorbet

Jimmy’s Iced Coffee has entered ice cream through a tie-up with Brand of Brothers.

The supplier of licensed branded ice creams has unveiled Jimmy’s Affogato on a Stick, which features coffee ice cream, threaded with “rich” coffee swirls, wrapped in coffee sorbet.

Multipacks of three 80ml sticks (rsp: TBC) have launched into Ocado and will hit Morrisons on 23 February.

Offering a “completely new way for consumers to enjoy coffee”, the NPD was set to excite fans of the Jimmy’s brand, said Brand of Brothers.

“We’re thrilled to be launching our refreshing iced coffee in an ice cream format,” said Jimmy’s brand director Nick Waring.

“Our Original Iced Coffee paved the way in our brand’s popularity, so recreating it as an ice cream felt like another fun way to keep people fuelled and refreshed.”

Jimmy’s added two limited-edition iced coffee variants in 2025, designed to lure younger shoppers. They were Donut, which launched in May; and Caramel Waffle, which hit shelves in October.

The Carlsberg Britvic-owned brand also added a 500ml glass bottle format for its iced coffee in May, intended to drive sales for take-home occasions.

In July, Jimmy’s added its first coffee-free product, Iced Chocolate Milk, in the new 500ml format.
