JJ Foodservice has published its first brochure of warehouse site requirements as it looks to expand through acquisitions.
The brochure outlines requirements for freehold sites including minimum size, use class and target regions – London, Croydon, Sheffield, Liverpool, Nottingham and Cardiff.
It is aimed at wholesalers and food manufacturers who may be open to selling, now or in the future.
It comes after JJ Foodservice said in January that it was on the acquisition trail for businesses with a turnover from £8m to £80m.
The national foodservice operator wants to build on its acquisition of Gatelands Supplies in April last year.
“We’re keen to work with people who understand our business and want to be part of our growth story,” said JJ Foodservice COO Kaan Hendekli. “This brochure helps to make that process easier and more transparent for everyone involved.”
