The job: Moyse joined Hull-based William Jackson as export manager six weeks ago to co-ordinate the export strategies of all three arms of the business a bakery, Tryton Foods, and Kwoks, a manufacturer of ethnic meals. He is to look at existing business and tap new markets as far afield as Singapore and Canada. Moyse said: "My role is to identify markets, put things in place and make things happen."
Background: Moyse, 33, joins from Sara Lee Bakery where he was export manager. Before that he was at Schwan's, also in an export capacity. He said: "I have spent 10 years on the export side in sales and marketing roles. There is much scope for export at William Jackson and the company took the New Exporter of 2000 award presented by Food from Britain. The company is very focused on export and has a vast portfolio of products."
