Knorr is set to launch its first liquid concentrated stock, in a move it claims will “transform” the category.
Available in Chicken and Beef flavours, the Knorr Concentrated Stock range was “designed to effortlessly elevate everyday cooking, providing a rich, slow-simmered flavour in a modern, convenient format”, according to the brand (rsp: £4.50/200g).
Both stocks come in a squeezy bottle and last for two months in the fridge once opened. Each bottle contains 24 servings.
The move comes amid growing interest in liquid stocks, sales of which grew by nearly 80% in the year to April [NIQ 52 w/e 18 April 2026].
Shoppers were increasingly turning to liquid stocks to help them make quick and cost-effective meals, according to Knorr owner Unilever.
“Liquid stocks are driving phenomenal growth in the category, as shoppers increasingly look for speed, flexibility, and precision in the kitchen without compromising on flavour,” said Laura Iliffe, senior brand manager at Unilever. “By combining Knorr’s familiar brand trust with a premium format, we’re making liquid stock an appealing, accessible option for mainstream shoppers.”
To support the launch, Knorr will activate the next phase of its campaign with brand ambassador Fred Sirieix. The First Dates star will help introduce Knorr’s ‘Squeeze. Stir. Done.’ format to shoppers via shopper marketing and social activity from October, ahead of a TV campaign launching in early 2027.
