Sandra Prince Head of Consumer Lloyds

Sandra Prince will be responsible for managing some of Lloyds’ largest client relationships

Sandra Prince has taken up leadership of Lloyds’ consumer sector corporate banking.

Promoted to MD and head of consumer after nearly a decade at the bank, Prince will be responsible for managing some of Lloyds’ largest client relationships.

Lloyds said her “impressive” track record of delivering for clients across sectors and geographies had positioned her well to understand the particular challenges and opportunities of the consumer sector.

Starting her role on 15 December, Prince succeeded outgoing MD Aled Pratchett, who has moved to a new role in the bank to lead its transaction banking solutions team.

Prince said she was “passionate” about supporting the needs of an “important and dynamic industry with evolving client needs”.

“I am thrilled to lead this talented team, and I look forward to delivering even more tailored solutions and strategic advice to support British businesses in their aims to evolve and grow,” she added.

Madeleine McDougall, MD and head of corporate sector coverage, commented: “Sandra’s promotion reflects Lloyds’ commitment to investing in talent and driving growth in the consumer sector. Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to support our clients and pursue new opportunities in this dynamic market.”

Lloyds’ consumer division sells debt financing, risk management, and transactional banking services to retailers, wholesalers and suppliers across the consumer supply chain.
