Motor Fuel Group has struck a new partnership with pure water dispenser company SpotlessWater.
The deal will see SpotlessWater install its 24/7 self-service pure water stations across select MFG forecourts.
It follows a trial in MFG’s St Albans site, which recorded more than 5,000 fills in its first eight months of operation.
New sites in Borehamwood and Hatch End are due to open before the end of the year, with further dispensers planned across the MFG estate, the businesses said.
The water stations target window cleaners, valeters, aquarists and other cleaning and maintenance professionals who rely on pure water to deliver high-quality results.
SpotlessWater said producing the water independently required costly equipment, ongoing maintenance and significant waste.
By rolling out its dispensers across MFG’s locations, it aims to improve accessibility, minimise water waste and remove the need for disposable resins or harsh cleaning agents.
Its patent-pending technology allowed customers to achieve spot-free results quickly, efficiently and sustainably, it added.
