Morrisons abattoir to reduce pig suppliers due to economic climate

A release from the National Pig Association said the cull would include some long-standing producers and at least one ‘very large supplier’ to Woodheads abattoir in Lincolnshire – part of Morrisons’ Myton Food manufacturing arm
A Morrisons-owned abattoir has given notice to several pig suppliers as it looks to cut supply.
