Nescafé has stepped into the chilled ready-to-drink coffee segment, launching cans in Iced Latte and Caramel Latte.
Iced Latte promises “a smooth blend of creamy, quality coffee and a hint of sweetness”, while Caramel Latte comes with “the added bonus of smooth caramel notes”.
The new RTDs carry an rsp of £2 per 250ml can and are in the chillers of major retailers now.
The launch marked “a bold new chapter for the nation’s favourite coffee brand”, said Nescafé.
“We know more and more people are reaching for iced coffee as part of their everyday routine and they’ve been telling us they want Nescafé to be part of that moment,” said Ingrid Hayes, marketing director for Nescafé UK & Ireland. “With our new ready-to-drink Iced Lattes, we’re making it easier than ever to enjoy a smooth, creamy iced coffee on the go.
“It’s the taste and quality you’d expect from Nescafé, in a format that fits right into your day.”
It comes after Nescafé added a trio of liquid coffee concentrates last April.
It also debuted a duo of ambient ready-to-drink iced lattes last March, and makes iced sachets in Salted Caramel and Vanilla Cream.
