Parfetts Cash and Carry has appointed Matthew Oxley group trading negotiator responsible for impulse, foodservice and key grocery areas of the business.

He will join the head office buying team based in Aintree and will also represent Parfetts on various grocery committees as well as strengthening relationships with wholesale buying group Landmark and its members.

Oxley has worked in the wholesale industry for more than 14 years and started his career at Booker.

His last position was at Makro where he was divisional manager for grocery.
