Petty, Wood - the food and drink sales, marketing and distribution company - has made two new sales team appointments.
Marlene Godwin returns to the company, where she was previously trade marketing manager, to take up the post of marketing manager, non-food. She will focus on Petty, Wood’s expanded health and beauty portfolio, which includes Nature’s Organics and Duchy Originals skincare range, and will report to commercial director John Weaver. Godwin was previously marketing manager at Food Brokers and marketing manager at Asda.
Meanwhile, Phil Culshaw has been appointed national account manager, pharmacy,
reporting to sales director Richard Trussler.
Petty, Wood said that the health and beauty sector had become increasingly important for the company, following new account wins and the addition of the Canderel brand, low-carb range JC’s Kitchen and the substantial growth of Weight Watchers.
