Pricecheck has acquired haircare brand Harmony, antiperspirant brand Amplex, and men’s fragrance brand Rapport as it looks to expand its product portfolio.
The Sheffield-based wholesaler has been the exclusive distributor for these lines since 2024, but will now take full ownership of the brands, products and distribution.
Pricecheck said it will leverage its “knowledge, network and expertise to build on the success of the household names”.
These acquisitions come following the launch of Pricecheck’s debut own-label range in 2025, and builds on its shift toward becoming a comprehensive end-to-end solutions provider.
“Millions of us grew up with these brands, seeing them on our TV screens and in our bathroom cabinets,” said Pricecheck buying director Barry Corker. “We know there is a genuine affection for them, which is why we are incredibly proud to continue their legacy.
“Pricecheck has worked intimately with Harmony, Amplex, and Rapport for some time, so we understand the DNA of these heritage icons.
“By combining this deep product knowledge with our extensive distribution network and brand development capabilities, we are perfectly positioned to build on the success of these products and ensure consumers can enjoy them for years to come.”
