Primula has brought back its Pigs in Blankets cheese spread in an Iceland exclusive.
The “festive favourite” flavour (rsp: £2/140g) combines the brand’s creamy cheese with “smoky notes of pigs in blankets”.
The brand said is it was perfect with Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, or seasonal breads and crackers.
The spread will be available as part of the retailer’s Christmas five for £5 multibuy deal in store, and 10 for £10 online.
“Nothing says Christmas quite like pigs in blankets, so we’re thrilled to be bringing back this fun, festive flavour for another year,” said Lindsey Simpson, Primula’s new product development manager. “Our customers had a lot of fun with it in 2024, so we can’t wait to see how they choose to squeeze it into their festive traditions this year.
“As the most famous cheese you can squeeze, this is the latest addition to the Primula range that was created to encourage adventurous foodies to ‘Don’t Ask Why, Just Try’.
