Shake Shack is bringing back its Hot Honey menu for the first time since 2022 as it looks to tap into the trending flavour.
Available from 21 May to 6 July, the menu will feature a Hot Honey Chicken Burger, Hot Honey Chicken Bites, and Hot Honey Fries – crinkle-cut fries dusted with hot honey seasoning and served with habanero mayo sauce.
The burger brand is also launching two new drinks: a Sparkling Blackberry Bramble Lemonade and a Honeycomb Pride Shake.
The Honeycomb Pride Shake is made using vanilla frozen custard blended with chocolate honeycomb and salted honey, topped with whipped cream, crushed chocolate honeycomb and rainbow sprinkles.
For every Honeycomb Pride Shake sold, £1 will be donated to local LGBTQIA+ charities across the UK, including the Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons’ Trust in London, AKT in Manchester, Oxford Pride, Pride Cymru, The Kite Trust in Cambridge, and Birmingham LGBT.
It follows the opening of Shake Shack’s first halal-friendly restaurant in the UK in March at Manchester’s Trafford Centre.
The menu features halal-certified beef and chicken, as served in its other UK restaurants, but also serves halal-certified beef hot dogs and, for the first time in the UK, will offer halal bacon. Everything is also prepared without alcohol in the kitchen.
