Neil Sutton worked as a partner at PwC for almost 32 years

Corporate finance firm Spayne Lindsay & Co has expanded its team of dealmakers with the appointment of Neil Sutton as senior advisor.

Sutton has a long track record of working at a senior level on M&A in the international consumer sector and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and contacts to the firm.

His focus at Spayne Lindsay will be on originating M&A transactions.

Sutton spent almost 32 years as a partner at ‘big four’ professional services firm PwC, most recently as corporate finance leader in the Asia Pacific region.

He also led PwC’s M&A practice in the UK for a number of years before moving to the global team.

“Having known the [Spayne] team for many years, I’ve always admired their deep sector expertise, strong client relationships and hands-on approach to M&A,” Sutton said.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with them and supporting the continued growth of the business.”
