The Coconut Collab has launched a Coconut Cream made of 100% coconut.
The brand said unlike other coconut milks and creams on the market, The Coconut Collab Coconut Cream (rsp: £2.50/250ml) included no added emulsifiers, preservatives or stabilisers.
It is made from coconuts sourced from Sri Lanka’s ‘Coconut Triangle’, an area of the country famed for the soil conditions leading to great quality coconuts.
“At The Coconut Collab we champion the natural, and it doesn’t get more natural than this,” said founder James Averdieck. “Earlier this year we launched our Coconut Water, another single-ingredient, clean-label product.
“Our Coconut Cream ticks the exact same boxes, just great quality coconut with no nasties.”
The product is designed for cooking and baking including in curries, soups, drinks and desserts.
