The Grocer has teamed up with Croner Reward to produce the first comprehensive annual survey of salaries and benefits for people working in the grocery industry.
The survey will enable employees in retail, wholesale and manufacturing to benchmark their package within their area of employment and across the industry.

Croner Reward will treat information in the strictest confidence. It conducts 60 salary surveys a year and works with bodies including the Institute of Directors and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
