The Truffle Guys blew past its £150k crowdfunder goal in 13 days

Luxury condiment startup The Truffle Guys has breezed through its crowdfunding goal to raise over £200k.

Aiming to “make truffles more accessible”, the brand claims to “bring the luxury of Italian truffles to everyday condiments [with] rich, indulgent flavour without the price tag”.

The company currently offers products including truffle oils, mayonnaise, pasta sauce, mustard, and truffle slices and dust.

Hitting its £150k target in 13 days, The Truffle Guys promised investors perks including gift boxes, early access to its upcoming cookbook published through Harper Collins and membership of its product tasting panel.

The raise, which valued The Truffle Guys at £3.2m pre-money, followed an early 2024 crowdfunder of £161k.

“This raise is a massive moment for us, not just financially, but as validation of the brand we’re building,” said co-founder Jordan Jon.

“We’ve always believed truffle shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions, and this funding allows us to bring that vision to more people, faster. Over the next year, we’re focused on scaling across retail and international markets, while continuing to innovate with products that make everyday food feel premium.”

The brand has already won listings in John Lewis and Harrods, and was Ocado’s top-selling truffle brand in 2025.

Set to generate over £1m in sales in the year to 31 March 2026 and EBITDA profitable, the company has said it will expand its team with new hires, invest in marketing and use the funds raised for working capital and new product and packaging innovation.

Its pitch to investors on crowdfunding site Republic boasted of a 32% repeat order rate between January and September 2025, with a £37 average order value.
