This has launched two ready-to-eat deli slice SKUs.
The This Isn’t Roast Chicken Slices and This Butter Bean Garlic & Paprika Slices “deliver stand-out flavour, proper texture and strong protein credentials”.
The brand said the range (rsp: £2.95/95g) was high in protein, a source of vitamin B12 and iron, and low in saturated fat.
The This Isn’t Roast Chicken Slices, made of soy, wheat and pea proteins, have a “convincing bite and genuinely satisfying texture” without the “rubbery disappointment”.
Meanwhile, the Butter Bean line is “fresh, versatile and unmistakably modern” as a “zingy, flavour-forward option”.
Both products will be available in Morrisons 22 April, followed by Waitrose (Chicken slices only) and Sainsbury’s (both slices) on 6 May.
