Vitabiotics agrees sale to Bain Capital

Vitabiotics is the UK’s number-one vitamin company, with brands such as Pregnacare, Perfectil, Wellman and Wellwoman, and generates almost £200m a year in sales
The vitamins and supplements group run by former Dragons’ Den star Tej Lalvani has been acquired by private equity giant Bain Capital.
