Wall’s Feast has undergone its “biggest ever transformation” with a new recipe and Caramel spin-off.
The “improved” recipe features real hazelnuts within the solid chocolatey core, plus new vanilla ice cream.
New Feast Caramel features the same vanilla ice cream with a caramel sauce core, ”indulgent and rich” results.
Both variants will roll into major retailers this month in single 90ml sticks (rsp: £1.60) and multipacks (rsp: £3/4x90ml).
“We believe the new Feast recipe and the addition of Feast Caramel will excite shoppers and encourage more people to pick up a frozen treat at an affordable price,” said Wall’s senior brand manager Emily Gooding.
The launch will be supported by in-store PoS materials to “create excitement”.
Feast Caramel is just the latest in a flurry of ice cream innovations by Wall’s owner The Magnum Ice Cream Company. It has this month added products under Carte D’Or and Magnum, following the completion of its split from Unilever in December.
For Carte D’Or, it has added Sundae – a “unique” ice cream tub with a customisable crunchy topping – in Chocolate and Strawberry.
Meanwhile, it has added two Magnum ice creams inspired by trending patisserie flavours: La Pistache and La Pêche.
The Magnum Ice Cream Company also appears to be readying a spin-off for Twister, called Twister Poppi, according to recent trademark activity.
