West Bank illegal settlement export ban will make shadow trade ‘unviable’, says NGO

Foreign secretary Ed Miliband described settlements in the Palestinian territory as ‘illegal’, while accusing Israel of pursuing a programme of ’ethnic cleansing’
The government’s ban on imports from illegal settlements in the West Bank has been welcomed by the NGO that revealed huge volumes of produce were illegally making their way into European supply chains.
