Yo! Sushi has become the first restaurant chain to adopt the Food Standards Agency-backed traffic lights labelling system.
The Japanese restaurant chain has developed a booklet to provide nutritional information with traffic lights labelling for all of its dishes.
“Complementing our freshly prepared Japanese inspired dishes, the 'at-a-glance' nutritional system will be an additional benefit to all our health-conscious consumers,” said Yo! Sushi health and hygiene manager Ian Turner.
