A Tesco worker who identifies as ‘somewhat of an entomologist’ was able to help when a woman complained about finding a ‘massive dirty mosquito’ in her veg pot last week.
Customer services Attenborough identified the bug as ‘a fly from the family Simuliidae’… and Tesco was in touch with the unimpressed woman to arrange a refund shortly afterwards.
