Organic juice company Grove Fresh has appointed David Patmore as MD. He has worked in fmcg for 23 years in brand, category and business strategy roles at Fox's Biscuits, Greencore, English Provender Company and Princes.

Duchy Originals has confirmed that its head of procurement Susan Haddleton has left the business. Her responsibilities, including those related to Duchy's company-wide commitment to sustainability, had been picked up by other members of the management team, a spokeswoman said.

Pritt Stick and Sellotape maker Henkel Adhesive Technologies has appointed Simon Duggan-Hill as its new MD for the UK and Ireland, replacing Kim Walker who retired last November. Duggan-Hill was previously MD of Swedish Match's UK and European operations.

Meadow Cheese has appointed David Smith as MD. He joins from Kerrygold where he was commercial director. Smith will be working closely with manufacturers and foodservice companies to achieve cost efficiencies and product innovation.

Maria Ramos has resigned as a non-executive director of SABMiller. She stands down after being appointed chief executive officer of banking company ABSA in South Africa.

Rob Livesey, Jimmy Mitchell and Philip Sleigh have joined the board of directors of NFU Scotland. They will head the livestock, milk and pigs and poultry committees, respectively. Kenneth Campbell, Jane Anderson, Tom Johnston and Michael Cursiter have also joined as regional board chairmen.

John K Sheppard is the new CEO of mineral water company Icelandic Water Holdings. Jon Olafsson, Icelandic Water Holdings' co-founder and current CEO, will continue as chairman. Sheppard joins from Emigrant Capital where he was executive partner and chaired its food and beverage portfolio companies.

Rowse Honey has appointed Kirstie Jamieson as marketing manager. She joins from Twinings and will be responsible for strategic direction, marketing, as well as brand growth and development.
