Louise Patterson will be joining Findus Group's UK Frozen business as human resource director sitting on the UK Leadership team.
From October, she will also take on a functional role, joining the group operations leadership team.
Louise has spent the last 11 years at PepsiCo covering a range of HR roles including HR director for both commercial and operations functions. Prior to PepsiCo, Louise had HR experience at Jacob's Biscuits and Philips Electronics.
"As we continue to build a world-class UK team, Louise is a key appointment," said Findus Group MD Mark Escolme.
