TN Group, the negotiation and training company, has appointed Mark Macdonald as its behaviour change director.
Macdonald was previously working as a consulting director at the group. He has held a number of director roles at Unilever focusing on customer development as well as working in global sales.
In his new role he will focus on establishing a leader-led learning culture within client organisations.
Macdonald said: “My business focus is on improving productivity per employee while at the same time reducing cost. The winning formula is one that achieves internal strategic alignment and external customer relationships leading to productive engaged teams who overachieve on targets.”
