Bill Gunn MW, MD of the UK subsidiary of Champagne Pol Roger, has said farewell to the company after 18 years.
Gunn has retired and handed control to Nick James who joined Pol Roger UK five years ago and has been promoted from the position of sales director.
"Under Gunn's leadership Pol Roger has grown from representing the renowned Champagne house to a large agency company representing names such as Cousiño-Macul, Bodegas Ochoa and Glenfarclas whisky," said a spokeswoman.
James has been charged with increasing the company's focus on its still wine and spirits business.
