The Scottish Shellfish Marketing Group, the UK's premier producer of shellfish, supplying supermarkets, wholesalers and restaurants, has a new chairman. Michael Laurenson, formerly vice-chairman succeeds Walter Speirs who held the position for 14 years. Speirs will remain with the SSMG as a director.
