Ronnie Leggett is the new commercial director of The Scottish Salmon Company.
Leggett joins from food ingredients manufacturer Macphie of Glenbervie, where he has served as group commercial director since 2004.
He is a member of the Council of the Marketing Society Scotland, vice chair of the Scottish Food & Drink Federation, is on the Sustainability and Competitiveness Steering Groups of the FDF and is a member of the Grampian Food Forum.
In his new role, he will be responsible for sales, marketing and communications, leading a team of nine. He will report directly to CEO Bill Hazeldean.
“Ronnie is an experienced commercial director in the Scottish food and drink sector and this appointment supports our strategic growth plans to develop a strong business,” said Hazeldean.
