What's your nickname? Jules

Who was your first teenage crush? Shakin' Stevens because he could jive.

When was the first time you got drunk? Pernod and lemonade at a firework party. I was sick in the rabbit cage.

What was the first music single you bought? Fame - I'm gonna live for ever.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A vet. I managed to turn our terraced town house into a zoo - I had hamsters, gerbils, budgies, cats and rabbits and bred 140 pedigree guinea pigs.

What's your favourite book and why? I'm a bit out of touch with reading but when I get the chance I like to read an inspiring autobiography or indulge in total escapism with some romantic fiction.

What's your favourite movie and why? Touching the Void - awesome and inspiring.

What was your worst holiday and why? Gambia. I've been there 3 times now. The first time I was seriously ill. The second time I was seriously ill on arriving home. The last time my husband was infected by Mango Fly larvae which, had we not realised, could have been disastrous. Never again.

What has been your most embarrassing moment? Meeting with a Booths Buyer the day after returning from Turkey with a terrible upset tummy and not making it to the toilet in time. I had to find new clothes and a chemist and do a makeover in 20 minutes. I got the account though.

Do you have any phobias? Yes, losing.

Which celebrity would you choose to join your staff? Gordon Ramsay - because 'no' is not an option.

Who would you most like to sit next to on a plane? Richard Branson.

What's your biggest regret? None. I have made many 'mistakes' but I am very happy with where I am in life and without my experiences I wouldn't be who I am now. Through every cockup there is something to learn.

What animal best reflects your personality and why? A good old-fashioned cart horse, gentle, straightforward, slow and steady but able to gain momentum. And beware anything that stands in my way.
