Premier Foods is selling its canned fruit and vegetables business Jonker Fris to Dutch private equity firm NPM Capital for an undisclosed sum.
Jonker Fris, which is based in the Netherlands, manufactures and sells canned fruit and vegetables to private label customers in the Netherlands and Germany.
Premier Foods said that the sale was in line with company strategy and expected the deal to be completed by the end of the year.
